Lunch:
1 small bean && cheese burrito
Dinnner:
Jimmy John’s veggie unwich with no mayo
Snacks:
protein shake
9 garlic && chive pita crackers with guacamole
5 savannah sunshine girl scout cookies
Exercise:
30 min ciurcit training
Started a 30 day work out challenge with the boyfriend today. Work out for (at least) 30 minutes for 30 days. Since he does not have a gym membership, he is going to do the 30 day shred dvd.

1 tbsp syrup
Lunch:
southwest veggie sandwhich
reese’s pb cup
Dinner:
large salad
whole wheat spaghetti
Snack:
9 garlic && chive crackers
2 tbsp guocamole
So I stuck to today’s food plan that I set up for myself last night, except the reese, but thats ok. About to head to the gym after dinner digests.
Then I have like 8 pages of math for reconstituting medicine for homework. That part of Pharmacy is deff the WORST! :[
